WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ORDER? Due to state laws, we do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age. New customers will have their first order shipped "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in order to insure that products are not shipped to minors.

-IS THE ITEM I WANT TO ORDER LEGAL IN MY STATE OR CITY? While every item we sell is legal to own in our home state, some of the items that we sell are illegal to possess in certain states, so we will not ship any item to an area where we know it to be prohibited. We try to list the ownership restrictions if any, in the descriptions of each items. If you order a prohibited item, we will contact you by email to let you know and see what you want to do about the balance of your order. However, laws change frequently and there are literally hundreds of state and local jurisdictions throughout the U.S. all with varying laws. So ultimately, it is your responsibility, not ours, to determine if the items you want to order are legal to own in your location. If you are in doubt, check your local laws before ordering

 

RETURNS /WARRANTY POLICY:

 

Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 14 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only.

 

Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 14 days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 14 days, refunds will not be issued. We can only repair or replace the item. If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above. PEPPER SPRAY:

The following are shipping restrictions for Pepper Sprays:

Pepper spray cannot be shipped 2nd or Next Day Air.

 

New York - Pepper spray cannot be shipped to New York. Residents may only purchase defense sprays from licensed Firearms Dealers or licensed Pharmacists in that state.  We can, however, ship dog pepper spray and bear pepper spray to your state.

 

Massachusetts - Pepper spray cannot be shipped to Massachusetts. Residents may only purchase from licensed Firearms Dealers in that state.

 

Michigan - Pepper spray purchased must not be more than 10% (Pepper Shot, Mace PepperGuard, Michigan Approved, are all approved for Michigan). "The reasonable use of a self defense spray or foam device containing not more than 10% oleoresin capsicum by a person in the protection of a person or property under circumstances that would justify the person's use of physical force.

 

Wisconsin - Tear gas is not permissible. By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10% and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized. This is 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge. The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet. In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state cannot sell to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label. The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof package
